    • This exclusive hotel offer is available only for STARLUX Airlines passengers who present a valid boarding pass or e-ticket upon check-in and payment.
    • The guest’s name on the hotel reservation must match the name shown on the STARLUX boarding pass. Each boarding pass is eligible to book one room only under this Starlux promotion.
    • The offer applies to direct bookings made through SELA Chiang Mai’s official website and is not applicable for group bookings or reservations made via third-party platforms.
  2. Booking & Stay Period
    • Valid for stays between 1 Nov 2025 – 31 October 2026, unless otherwise specified.
    • Advance reservation is required. The offer is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
    • Blackout dates may apply during public holidays, peak periods, or special events.
  3. Room Upgrade
    • Complimentary upgrade to the next available room category upon check-in, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
    • Upgrades are not guaranteed.
  4. Airport Transfer
    • Includes one complimentary one-way airport transfer (Chiang Mai International Airport ↔ SELA Chiang Mai) per room per stay.
    • Guests are required to submit flight details at least 48 hours before arrival to confirm the transfer service.
    • Additional or return transfers can be arranged at an extra charge.
  5. Welcome Amenities
    • Guests will receive welcome fruit and fresh flowers in-room upon arrival.
    • Special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions or substitutions) should be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  6. Discount Benefit
    • A 10% discount applies to the hotel’s best available rates on the official website.

  7. Reservation, Payment & Cancellation
    • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be made until check-in.
    • No cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made before 14 days prior to arrival.
    • Cancellations made after this period, or in the case of no-shows, will incur the hotel’s standard penalty charges.
    • Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
    • Rates are subject to change and may vary depending on the date of stay or occupancy level.
  8. General Conditions
    • This Starlux Airlines exclusive hotel deal is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or group rates.
    • All privileges are provided by SELA Chiang Mai on a per room, per stay basis, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
